Surrounded by forests, lakes and waterways, Gränsfors is a quiet place to slow down while still being within easy reach of the coast, skiing and local attractions.

Lake Grännsjön is close by and the Baståån river runs through the village. Gränsfors is also home to the famous Gränsfors Bruk and Gränsfors Blomkruksfabrik, both reflecting the area's strong craft tradition.
For food and local life, Café Augusta offers drinks and food, sometimes accompanied by barbecue and live music.
On clear days you can even see the Gulf of Bothnia or the mountains around Hassela.
